Join us as a Logistics Trainee and get the opportunity to work with global supply chains, international logistics providers, and regional teams. If you're eager to dive into real-world logistics operations and customer service, this is your chance!

 

This is a fixed-term position, based in Tampere for the summer period and start and end dates will be agreed between the manager and the employee. 

Main tasks and responsibilities

 

  • Assist with organizing deliveries and solving logistics-related issues for customers
  • Help prepare and review import/export documents (invoices, shipping paperwork, etc.)
  • Support customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with import/export regulations
  • Track shipments and help resolve transportation delays or damages
  • Work with carriers to find cost-effective and efficient shipping solutions
  • Support internal teams with logistics tasks, direct deliveries, and returns
  • Act as a key contact for external stakeholders, including customs and transport providers
  • Contribute to reporting on shipments, volumes, and logistics performance.

What you’ll need to succeed

 

  •  A student or recent graduate in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of logistics and international trade
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Good written and spoken English skills.
