Sales Support Executive

Provide professional sales support to frontline sales representatives and function as the 1st-level sales response to customer and prospect queries.Coordinate sales and services with customer and internal operation teams to deliver excellence services.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Provides sales support to the regional sales team
- Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Equipment shipment coordination with factory, dealers and customer accounts
- Financial Support on Banking LCs, Bonds for delivery projects.
- Compiling a daily list of sales leads, delegating leads to the sales department, and providing sales data and guides to the sales department.6.Developing and monitoring performance indicators for sales and staff members, managing sales tracking tools, and compiling reports.
- .Accounts Receivable Management with Dealers and Customer Accounts
- Salesforce and SAP, Odoo Key User for SSEA.
- Assist in liaising with customers on sales, parts, and order processing to meet our customer expectations.
- Ensuring completion of every transaction with no delay.
- Administration of quotations/orders/confirmation
- Assist KSGP in stock administration in our appointed warehouse and forwarding services
What you’ll need to succeed
Education
- Diploma holder in business or communications or equivalent
Experience
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in handling administration and logistics in an industry setting
- Competent Japanese speaking and writing skills required.
- Japanese Resident Preferred

- Excellent organization skills and attention to details.
- Attentive to details, creative thinking, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills;
- An independent self-starter with passion to learn and accept new challenges in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to work independently and coordinate across different functional teams for program implementation;.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and preserve integrity of sensitive information and data;
- Proficient in Odoo, Salesforce CRM, SAP, MS, Adobe Creative Suite, Google G suite
