As a Sales Administrator, based in Brazil, you will play an important role in supporting our LATAM Sales team and ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process from order management to delivery.
You will work closely with customers, dealers, sales teams, manufacturing sites, logistics, finance and other key stakeholders across the region. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment, connecting different teams and turning complex administrative processes into effective solutions.
What are your key responsibilities:
As our Sales Administrator, LATAM, you will play a key role in supporting the sales process, ensuring accurate order management, smooth coordination and reliable information across the region. You will support the team through:

Supporting commercial processes and documentation, including contracts, invoicing, down payments, letters of credit, bank guarantees and dealer commissions.

Providing reliable sales information and reporting, supporting weekly order and inventory updates, monthly sales budget and forecasting activities.

Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, including customers, dealers, Sales, Logistics, Manufacturing, Service Operations, Finance and Procurement, ensuring smooth execution across the sales cycle.

Supporting delivery and commissioning activities, ensuring the required information and documentation are available on time and helping meet customer delivery expectations.

Supporting regional sales activities, including exhibitions, customer events and demonstrations, while applying knowledge of import/export processes and international trade requirements across LATAM.

What you bring to the role:
We are looking for someone who combines strong organizational skills with a customer-focused and solutions-oriented mindset, and who enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment.

Education & experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade or a related field, with experience in logistics, international trade, sales administration or a similar area.

International business knowledge: Understanding of logistics and import/export processes, international trade terms and the specific requirements of LATAM markets.

Languages & systems: Intermediate English and Spanish; familiarity with Google Workspace is desirable, as well as basic knowledge of SAP and Salesforce.

Organization & execution: Strong time-management and prioritization skills, attention to detail and a sense of urgency, with the ability to manage multiple activities and follow through on commitments.

Mindset & collaboration: Proactive, self-driven and customer-oriented, with a practical approach to problem-solving and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across different countries and functions.
